1. Lot No. 1 is the Winchester Model 73 rifle. Lot No. 2 is the matched pair of Ruger Gold Label guns. For descriptions and photographs of the two auction lots, please go to Online Auction Guns. Both may be viewed at Gold Medal Concours X, at The Vintage Cup, September 22-24.

2. There is no reserve price on either of the two lots.

3. Bids may be placed between August 24 and September 24, 2005, on www.gunbroker.com.  This NRA charity auction will be featured on the home page of GunBroker.com. (GunBroker.com is conducting the auction for the Gold Medal Concours on behalf of the NRA Foundation.)

4. Bidders must register with GunBroker.com and follow their rules for bidding.

5. This auction ends on Saturday, September 24, at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. The winning bids will be announced at the Vintage Cup banquet that evening, and then listed on GunBroker.com and GoldMedalConcours.com.

Terms of Sale
1. The bidder will register with GunBroker.com and follow their rules for bidding. See http://www.gunbroker.com/User/BuyerTutorial.asp to become a bidder.
3. Payment will be made to the NRA Foundation.
4. Bidder pays all shipping and insurance fees.
5. Each auction lot will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder for transfer to the winning bidder. Each winning bidder must submit a signed copy of the transfer dealer’s (or his or her own) FFL to the NRA Foundation before a lot can be shipped.
6. The NRA Foundation will supply each winning bidder documentation to allow an income tax deduction of the difference between the winning bid and that lot’s fair market value.
